SHIPPING INFORMATION

The products are delivered throughout Italy and abroad.
Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, workplace, etc. – P.O. boxes are not accepted).

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours for most items and within approximately 72 hours for specific products.
Shipping times are clearly indicated at the time of purchase and generally range between 2–3 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments include express delivery, transport costs, shipment tracking, and signature upon delivery to ensure the integrity of the goods.

Free shipping is available on selected products, while paid shipping applies to other product categories.
After placing an order, the customer will be contacted and informed of the applicable shipping cost, where required.

Returns

To return a product, you must ship the item to the following address:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the destination.

If you are returning high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items that are not sent via tracked or insured shipment.
