Terms and Conditions

Online sales can be traced back to mail order sales and therefore without the obligation of issuing an invoice, as provided for in Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972, and without the obligation to issue a receipt, as provided for in Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree 21 December 1996, n. 696.


DEFINITIONS

The expression “online sales contract” means the purchase and sale contract relating to the tangible movable assets of the savoraprime.com partner company, stipulated between them and the Buyer as part of a distance selling system via telematic tools, organized by the Supplier.

The expression “Buyer” means the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase referred to in this contract for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity.

The expression “savoraprime.com” means the subject who carries out the promotion of the sale of the goods covered by this contract.

The expression “PARTNER COMPANY” means the subject who carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.


2) IDENTIFICATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Supplier:
The goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by the PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com, which is only responsible for the advertising promotion of the goods and not for the sale contract between the parties.

Buyer:
The Buyer expressly declares to make the purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity and undertakes not to resell or trade the purchased goods.


3) OBJECT AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

With this contract, respectively, the PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com sells and the Buyer purchases remotely via telematic tools the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on this site or through official sales channels.

The contract between the PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com and the Buyer is concluded exclusively via the Internet, by accessing the website and following the indicated procedures.

The purchase contract is concluded through an irrevocable order by the Buyer, by completing and submitting the online order form.
The printable order summary page contains:

  • Buyer and order details

  • Price of the purchased goods

  • Shipping costs

  • Payment methods

  • Delivery address

Upon receipt of the order, the PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com will send a confirmation email and/or display a printable confirmation page summarizing the order.

If expressly requested, the sales invoice will be issued electronically by the PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com.


4) PAYMENT AND REFUND METHODS

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

Credit card data is managed directly by banking institutions, while PayPal data is managed directly by PayPal.

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com reserves the right to request verification from the issuing bank or PayPal in case of anomalies.

Any refund due to the Buyer will be made within a maximum of 30 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.


5) DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com delivers products through authorized couriers using appropriate protective packaging.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately report the issue.

Order processing and delivery times may vary up to a maximum of 40 working days.

In case of delays, the Buyer will be promptly informed by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or other factors beyond the Supplier’s control.


6) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery takes place without additional charges beyond those indicated at the time of order.

For non-EU countries, customs duties and local taxes may be requested by local authorities and are borne by the Buyer.

Delivery is made to the street level only, not to upper floors.

Upon receipt, the Buyer must verify:

  • That the number of packages matches the transport document

  • That the packaging is intact

Goods must only be accepted if packaging is intact, otherwise accepted with reservation or refused.


9) AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com ensures timely processing of orders.

If a product is unavailable, the Buyer will be promptly informed by email and may choose whether to confirm or cancel the order.


10) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or issues related to internet usage beyond its control.

In any case, liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.

The PARTNER COMPANY of savoraprime.com assumes no responsibility for fraudulent or illicit use of payment methods by third parties, provided it has adopted all reasonable security measures.


11) LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, PROOF OF DAMAGE AND COMPENSABLE DAMAGES

No compensation is due if the Buyer was aware of the defect and voluntarily exposed themselves to it.

The Buyer must prove the defect, the damage, and the causal link.

Compensation is limited to damages caused to persons or property other than the defective product itself.


13) BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer undertakes to:

  • Pay the purchase price within the agreed terms

  • Print and retain the order confirmation

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions before completing the order


14) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 10 working days, without penalty.

Withdrawal must be communicated:

Returned products must be unused, intact, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase attached.


15) GOODS EXCHANGE

The Buyer may request an exchange within 10 working days by emailing contacts@savoraprime.com.

All shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the Buyer.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for:

  • Altered or used products

  • Sale items

  • Custom-made products


16) PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROCESSING

GALAXY ADV processes personal data in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Data is used exclusively for order processing, contractual obligations, and legal compliance.

The Buyer retains all rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03.


17) COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All orders are stored digitally on secure servers in compliance with confidentiality and security standards.
